Martha Stoddard was the librarian of Nantucket Island.
Key Events Edit
In the first town meeting after the Event, Martha provided information about the paleo-Indian tribes the Nantucketers could expect to encounter. Her list included the Olmecs, whose civilization was just beginning. Martha was the adult leader of a Girl Scout troop that completed a project on growing herbs; that project provided a part of the basis for the Island's new agriculture. Later at the first meeting of the Nantucket Council, Martha recommended printing as much of the information that resided only of computer disks as soon as possible while the Island still had reliable electric power. She became close to Jared Cofflin.
